Incorrect Addresses

Shipping Damage

If your candle arrives damaged, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace or refund the item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Candle Fairy Scented Goods is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please contact the carrier directly for assistance.
