All Candle Fairy orders are made fresh and processed within 1–3 business days.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you do refunds or exchanges?

Do you ship internationally?
Short answer: Yes!
Long answer: we do, but shipping rates can be a little cray cray in some regions. We are currently working on shipping plans that make it more affordable to our international customers!
Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes and yes. No animal testing, no parabens, no artificial dyes, no phthalates — just good vibes and great scents.
How much does shipping cost?
In The United States, shipping is a flat 4.99, and free for orders over 50$. Internationally, rates may vary, but are calculated at checkout!
How long do the candles burn?
Our 9oz candles burn for about 45+ hours when cared for properly. Trim your wick to ¼” before each burn and let the wax pool reach the edge of the jar to prevent tunneling.
