✨ Orders & Shipping

Question: How long will my order take to ship?
Answer: Each candle is made and packed with love (and a sprinkle of manifestation magic). Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as it’s on the way.

Question: Do you ship internationally?
Answer: Not yet — but it’s on our vision board. For now, we ship anywhere in the U.S.

Question: My candle arrived damaged — what do I do?
Answer: Oh no! Email us at support@candlefairystore.comwithin 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll make it right, promise.

Question: What kind of wax do you use?
Answer: All of our candles are made from a natural soy, apricot coconut, or coconut soy blend, chosen for a cleaner, longer burn and a luxurious scent throw.

Question: Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?
Answer: Yes and yes. No animal testing, no parabens, no artificial dyes, no phthalates — just good vibes and great scents.

Question: How long do the candles burn?
Answer: Our 9oz candles burn for about 45+ hours when cared for properly. Trim your wick to ¼” before each burn and let the wax pool reach the edge of the jar to prevent tunneling.


🔥 Candle Care & Safety

Question: How should I care for my candle?
Answer: Trim your wick before each use, keep away from drafts, and never leave a burning candle unattended. For a full guide, check out our Candle Care page.

Question: Can I reuse the jar?
Answer: Absolutely. Once your candle has burned out, clean the remaining wax with warm water and soap — the jars make chic holders for makeup brushes, matches, or tiny affirmations.


💌 Returns & Exchanges

Question: Can I return my candle?
Answer: Due to the nature of our products, we can’t accept used candles — but if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make sure you’re happy with your experience.

Question: Do you do custom candles or wholesale orders?
Answer: Yes! If you’d like to carry Manifest Candle Co. in your boutique or gift boxes, email wholesale@manifestcandleco.comand we’ll manifest something beautiful together.
