🔥 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • damaged

  • misprinted

  • defective

  • or not what you ordered

We’ll replace it free of charge.

Just email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@candlefairystore.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A short note about what happened

We’ll take care of the rest — no returns required.


😌 Change of Mind / Wrong Item Ordered

Because every product is made especially for you, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for:

  • changing your mind

  • ordering the wrong scent, size, or design

  • “I meant to pick the other one” moments

  • items delivered to an incorrect address you provided

Please double-check your order details before checking out. Your future self will thank you. ✨


📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking says “delivered” but the package is nowhere to be found:

  1. Check around your home, mailbox area, or with neighbors

  2. Contact the carrier for more detailed info

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we can offer a one-time replacement.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin processing quickly.
Cancellations or edits are only possible within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, we can’t modify or cancel the order.
